Junior Eligibility to Participate in NOHS
Effective immediately, any junior handler that is eligible to participate in Junior Showmanship (must be under 18 years of age and meet amateur status requirements on the day of the event) may participate in NOHS. This impacts, those that are current assistants to professional handlers and wishing to compete in NOHS. The amateur status is defined in the Junior Showmanship Regulations Section 2.
Catalog Sales
Effective immediately, catalogs may go on sale at any time on the day of the first AKC event for which the catalog is the official catalog of record. This is a change that allows clubs flexibility in when they begin making catalogs available.
